Kaizen Discovery grants stock options VANCOUVER, CANADA - Kaizen Discovery (TSXV: KZD) announced today that, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company to purchase up to an aggregate of 9,625,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.63 per share and will vest 20% on the date of grant, with an additional 20% vesting on each anniversary of the date of grant thereafter until fully vested.
